This is Abuja Kubwa PHCN office. The only PHCN recharge point
serving entire Kubwa, Dutse, Pokuma, Sokale, Kubwa Extension etc with one
computer. You will always find users waiting to buy prepaid unit either because
the network is unavailable or they have issue with the only computer they are
using at the office.
The scratch card available has only #1000 denomination only
sold at #1100 around the office and loading it the most challenging thing one
can think of.
